How does access work?

Our accommodation operates primarily on a contactless system. Before arrival, we send the codes for the gate and the key safe by e-mail. The key safe contains the apartment key and the gate opener, so you can get in independently and conveniently. A personal welcome can also be requested if needed.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we provide enclosed, inner-courtyard parking for our guests. The gate opens with a code, so your car is safe throughout your stay.

Can I bring a pet?

Yes, the Old Willow Apartment is a pet-friendly accommodation. Please let us know before booking if you would like to arrive with a pet.

Is there a kitchen in the apartment?

Yes, every apartment has its own equipped kitchen: a hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, as well as pots and tableware.

Are heating and cooling provided?

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning that provides both cooling and heating, so a pleasant temperature can be set all year round.

Is there WiFi in the apartment?
