The House Rules of the Öreg Fűz Apartment
Dear Guests,
Thank you for choosing our apartment as the place for your rest!
In order to make your time at our accommodation pleasant and your stay undisturbed, please familiarise yourself with our house rules.
By using the accommodation, you acknowledge and accept these house rules, undertake to comply with their provisions, and assume responsibility for any damage caused by failure to observe them. Compliance with the house rules is obligatory for every person staying in the apartment; any violation of the house rules results in an immediate obligation to leave.
Check-in / Check-out
The accommodation is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
For an additional fee, it is possible to occupy the accommodation at an earlier time or to check out later on the day of departure. However, both cases require prior arrangement (info@oregfuzapartman.hu).
Occupying and leaving the accommodation is contactless, operated through a key safe system, for which we send the necessary codes by e-mail before arrival. Before occupying the accommodation, the guest is required to register so that the host can fulfil the mandatory data reporting obligations towards VIZA and NTAK.
Should you decide to end your stay earlier, we are unable to refund the payment.
On departure, please return the received keys and remote control to the key safe in full! In case of loss of the keys, we charge HUF 20,000 for replacing the lock.
Payment
The accommodation fee and the tourist tax are paid before arrival.
Rooms / Use of Furnishings
Only persons registered in advance may stay at the accommodation! Visitors may only be received with the knowledge and consent of the operator.
Please use the furnishings as intended!
It is forbidden to take the rooms’ furnishings and equipment – for example, towels, blankets, bedding, etc. – out of the house!
The indoor air-conditioning units in the apartments operate optimally only with closed doors and windows; please pay particular attention to using them as intended!
Our guests bear financial responsibility for damage caused by improper use, as well as for equipment removed from the property!
If you notice any malfunction, please report it to us immediately at the contact details given below. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept subsequent complaints.
Dining
Every apartment has a well-equipped kitchen where simple meals can be prepared.
Please do not place any object containing metal in the microwave oven!
Cleaning / Waste Management
Guests receive the apartment clean; we do not carry out cleaning during their stay, only upon special request. For stays exceeding 3 guest nights, it is possible to request a change of bedding/towels or cleaning. Household waste is collected in the designated bins. The collection containers placed on the property are emptied weekly. Please do not leave waste in the corridors, behind doors, or in the communal areas!
Fire Safety / Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment! Smoking may take place in the designated area in the courtyard. This applies to all alternative tobacco products!
The units are equipped with smoke detectors, and a fire extinguisher is placed in every apartment to contain any possible kitchen fires.
(Fires may only be lit at the designated fire pit, using the designated woodpile, in calm (windless) conditions, equipped with a bucket of water for extinguishing. In case of fire, immediately begin extinguishing with the powder extinguisher located at the designated place, call the fire brigade at 105, and then notify the host as well.)
Services
Parking: Parking is free of charge for guests within the designated area inside the property.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi use at the accommodation is free; the password is: (OREGFUZ-2026)
Pets: Bringing a pet is possible for an additional fee after consultation with the host.
Available on request: e.g. baby cot, high chair
Other
Quiet hours: To ensure the peace of guests and neighbours, making noise, playing music, or listening to music is prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Lost valuables: We are able to keep valuables left in the room for 30 days, and if the guest requests it, we will post them to the address provided.
The host assumes no liability and is unable to pay compensation for:
- damage resulting from natural disasters, e.g. hail, lightning strike
- inconveniences or damage resulting from network failures or malfunctions of public utility providers
- any accidents, personal injuries, or property damage.
The host reserves the right to refuse guests who behave outrageously or fail to comply with the house rules, or to remove them from the accommodation immediately.
